The term “Bridge” refers to the fact that the course is designed to bridge the gap between the knowledge and skills that a student has at one level and the knowledge and skills that are required at the next level.A bridge course is a class or series of classes that help students transition from Previous Class to Promoted Class by providing them with the necessary skills and knowledge about the topics that will be covered in their new courses.
