💰 Fee Refund Policy

Vedantu Partner Institute – Ignition Career Institute

This Refund Policy applies to all students enrolled at Ignition Career Institute, operating as an authorized partner institute of Vedantu as a content and technology partner.

Enrollment in any course signifies acceptance of the following refund terms and conditions.

❌ Non-Refundable Components

The following payments are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances:

Registration Fee
Ignition Screening cum Admission Test (ISAT) Fee
Study Module / Books / Stationery Charges
Basic Kit Amount
Short-Term Classroom Course Fees (after joining)
Online / Hybrid Classroom Course Fees (after joining)
EMI / Loan-based Payments

📚 Study Material / Kit Policy

The study kit provided at admission is mandatory and non-refundable.

Kit Charges:

NEET / JEE Programs: ₹15,000 (Non-Refundable)
Nurture Course: ₹8,000 (Non-Refundable)
Commerce Paathshala Course: ₹2500 (Non-Refundable)

⏳ Tuition Fee Refund Structure

Refund eligibility shall be calculated from Day 1 of class commencement or attendance recorded in institute records, whichever is earlier.

Refund deductions will be calculated on standard tuition fee (without scholarship or discount).

✅ Basic Kit Amount will be excluded from refund calculations.

🚫 Refund Restriction

No refund request shall be accepted after 120 days from batch commencement.
Scholarship or discounted fees shall not be considered while calculating refundable amounts.
Refunds are applicable only to tuition fees as per the above deduction structure.

💳 EMI / Loan Payment Clause

Fees paid through EMI, finance partner, or education loan facility are not eligible for refund under any circumstances.
